It is normally an insurance requirement to have your system regularly serviced and checked to ensure that it is working correctly. We understand that our clients have busy schedules and we therefore make use of remote maintenance software to regularly check your system. We are aware of problems with your systems before they become critical such as low batteries in sensors or lost Wi-Fi signals to prevent problems occurring before they become critical. We also attend once a year to conduct checks which we cannot do remotely, such as making sure that the bell sounds.

Whilst our contracts are optional, most customers take them up as they prove to be cost effective. Depending on the alarm system installed there are ongoing costs such as SIM back up and app access charges. Our maintenance programmes include these charges which when added to our standard call out/servicing fee of £75+VAT represents value for money. Once fitted and paid for the system belongs to you and you can cancel with one month’s notice at any time, without incurring any cancellation fees. Our security alarm maintenance service includes:

 

• Routine maintenance inspections to ensure the system is fully functioning 
• Any faults detected will be rectified at no extra charge, other than for replacement components outside the guarantee period.
• 20% Discount for new or replacement components
• Batteries will be replaced during the annual inspection as required

 

Payments for alarm maintenance are through an independent secure direct debit system leaving you in complete control of payments. Our maintenance plans start from less than 27 pence a day a small cost for peace of mind. Maintenance plans can be upgraded to 24/7 monitoring for less than 50p a day.
