TECHNICAL SURVEY
We evaluate the suitability of your premises for our equipment and consider any factors that may affect our recommendations. We suggest products like security lighting, intruder alarms, CCTV, and video entry systems. We can also recommend tradesmen for structural and garden design improvements.
RISK ASSESSMENT
Following EU and British Standards, we assess the risks associated with your premises to determine the appropriate system grade. This helps us define the system's scope, including signalling and tamper-proof requirements. Our products can be adapted to enhance security levels.
SYSTEM DESIGN PROPOSAL
After the survey and risk assessment, we provide a detailed proposal outlining our recommendations and listing the equipment and installation locations.
INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
Most installations are completed in a day, with some parts done remotely if needed. After installation and testing, we prepare a commissioning document. You’ll receive instructions on operating the system, and an administrator of your choice will manage functions like access codes. You won’t sign the commissioning document until you’re fully satisfied.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PLANS
Our support continues after installation. Maintenance plans are mandatory for Grade 3 systems and those connected to a remote monitoring centre. These affordable plans allow us to monitor your system's functions, including internet connectivity for app-enabled alarms. Maintenance packages include app access charges, currently £36 per year, payable directly to the equipment manufacturers.
